Flow & Stillness blends gentle yoga with meditation for a calming, restorative experience. The class begins with flowing movement to warm the body and quiet the mind, then transitions into guided or silent meditation to help you relax, reset, and feel more centered.
Power yoga is a strength driven practice that builds balance, endurance, and cardio benefits through more active movement. It is a great option for students who want a more challenging and energizing class. This style is best for those with some yoga experience or an athletic background, though motivated beginners may also enjoy it. Classes are taught in a way that supports safe progression and strong alignment.
Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation, nervous system support, stress management, and better sleep. Using props and longer holds, the practice helps the body fully unwind. It is ideal for students who need rest, recovery, or a gentle reset. This class offers a quiet and deeply calming experience.
Meditation and breathwork classes focus on mindfulness, breathing techniques, and stress reduction. These sessions help students calm the mind, improve awareness, and build practical tools for daily life. This practice is suitable for everyone and is a great option for students who want a quieter, more reflective experience.
Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that uses a chair for support while moving through stretches, strengthening exercises, and mindful breathing. Thank you for your interest in a Reiki session at Agni Yoga! We offer both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. Reiki is a gentle practice that gives you time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. During your session, you’ll remain fully clothed while the practitioner uses light touch or holds their hands just above the body. There’s nothing you need to do except get comfortable and relax.
A 30-minute session is a lovely way to try Reiki or take a pause in a busy week. A 60-minute session allows more time to settle in and enjoy the experience.
Sessions are available by appointment, and we require a $50 deposit to hold your space. Let us know which session length you prefer and a few days and times that work for you, and we’ll help you find an appointment.
